Our Projects

We are currently taking applications for the projects listed below. Every project follows our general submission process, but each project will have its own specific submission format and evaluation criteria. You can submit to more than one project at a time and will be considered for each project separately.

 1. Real World Math Performance Tasks (Grades 6-12)

Picture
"When will I ever need to actually use this?" It's a tired refrain that middle           school and high school math teachers hear from students on a near daily         basis. The problem is that it can be difficult to answer that question and           be  able to follow it up with engaging and relevant opportunities for                   students to explore real world mathematics practices. Have you created           any rich and engaging mathematical tasks for your middle school or high         school students? We are looking to publish more Real World Math                     Performance Tasks to Goalbook Pathways, and we want to know what has       worked in your classroom. Share your ideas with us and get paid doing it!

2. Teacher and Classroom Photography (All Grades and Subjects)

Attention teachers and photographers! As a way to better represent the           diversity of real teachers and classrooms in public schools, we're seeking       out photos of teachers in-action. Applying to this project                                     requires submitting a photo of a teacher or school setting that                         represents vibrant instruction, best practices and provides a window into       your unique school community.
